Membership

All residents and property owners of Cousins and Littlejohn Islands are eligible to become CLIIA members. Dues are $10.00 annually (September through August). Dues may be made one of three ways:

• Electronically here or by using the green "Pay Now" button below.

• By check made out to Cousins and Littlejohn Islands Improvement Association and sent c/o 141 Wharf Street, Yarmouth. 

• By check or cash to any CLIIA Board Member during an event. 

 

Membership forms may be completed electronically or by printing and mailing a membership form.

If you donate beyond the $10.00 annual dues, please note where you would like your donation to go (Capital Improvement Fund or CLIIA Sponsored Events).

CLIIA's purpose is to: (1) to foster a spirit of community; (2) to advance the best interests of the residents and property owners of Cousins and Littlejohn Islands; (3) to sponsor and develop social and community activities among the inhabitants of said Islands; (4) to encourage the provision of needed services and civil improvements; and (5) to keep the residents and landowners of the Islands informed of events, proposals, or situations which have or may have a beneficial or adverse effect on the use, enjoyment of, or value of Island property.​​

Membership dues help support CLIIA community events and maintenance at the Community House. Membership also affords residents a vote at the Membership Meeting held in September annually. CLIIA also accepts donations for the Capital Improvement Fund for Community House maintenance issues.

Please note: CLIIA is a non-profit organization; however we do not have 501(c)(3) status at this time, so donations are not tax-deductible.
